Technological innovation drives the sustainable development of industry
CSHK has actively integrate multifarious construction concepts, such as Construction 2.0, innovative solution, Building Information Modelling (“BIM”) and Modular Integrated Construction (“MiC”), to promote its unique concept of “Smart Construction Sites”. The management of construction, equipment, quality, materials, personnel, environment, video and documents are covered under this concept to improve the working efficiency by enhancing the multi-level technical assistance and full-range digitalisation.
Taking the ongoing project of the Complexo de Cuidados de Saúde das Ilhas (離島 醫療綜合體) at Macau as an example, the smart construction site has realized the real-time data integration and analysis, trend prediction and early warning through the combination of cloud computing, big data, internet-of-things and mobile devices. The digitalisation and intelligence of the construction site do not only enable the managing team to instantly understand the status of project safety, quality, progress, personnel and operation to provide data support for decision making, but also propose smart

以仍在施工的澳門離島醫療綜合體項目為例。此智慧工地運用BIM模型，結合雲 計算、大數據、物聯網及移動設備，實現即時資料整合及分析、趨勢預測及預警。 施工現場的數字化及智能化，不僅令管理人員即時掌控項目安全、品質、進度、人 員及作業情況，為項目決策提供數據支撐，亦能針對問題提出智慧解決方案，從而 提升工作效率及項目整體表現。
未來，中建香港將進一步完善「智慧工地」的應用，務求與時並進，帶領行業發展。
