築跡 06 | 中國建築工程(香港)有限公司 7 The Hong Kong SAR Government has also released the “Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2050” which proposes four major decarbonisation strategies, including “net-zero electricity generation”, “energy saving and green buildings”, “green transport” and “waste reduction” and sets an aggressive medium-term target of reducing local carbon emissions by half by 2035 (compared to 2005), with a view to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. To this end, the Hong Kong government will invest about $240 billion over the next 15 to 20 years to implement various climate change mitigation and adaptation measures, and the Office of Climate Change and Carbon Neutrality found by the Environmental Bureau will be responsible for coordinating and promoting decarbonisation. 香 港 特 區 政 府 亦 發 布 了《 香 港 氣 候 行 動 藍 圖 2050》，提出四大減碳策略，包括淨零發電、節 能綠建、綠色運輸和全民減廢，並訂立進取的中 期目標，在2035年前實現本地碳排放量減半(對 比2005年)，以邁向2050前碳中和。為此，香港 政府將在未來15至20年間投放約2,400億元，推 行各項減緩和適應氣候變化的措施，而由環境 局成立的氣候變化與碳中和辦公室，將負責統 籌和推動深度減碳工作。
