Year of Establishment

In October 2014, China State Construction (Hong Kong) Limited established a section called the “Overseas Development & Investment Department” to open up the investment-driven contracting platform.

Department Business Orientation

Based on many years of experience in engineering and construction management in the construction industry, the Company recognizes the importance of generating for an enhanced and synergistic effect to develop an investment-driven contracting model and gradually expanding the scale of business for the Department.

Scale of Business
  • Hong Kong:
    1. Focus on old building acquisition and residential redevelopment;
    2. Conversion and redevelopment of industrial building;
    3. Joint venture participation in land acquisition on Government tenders;
  • United Kingdom, Australia and United Arab Emirates:
    1. Focus on the development of long-term rental properties, student hostels, residential development and small infrastructure investment projects.
