In addition, the Company has also created the world's first green demonstration project that promises to achieve carbon neutrality during the construction period, namely the Organic Resources Recovery Centre Phase 2 (O·PARK2), which allows it to become a pioneer in promoting the construction industry from "low carbon" to "zero carbon".

Adhering to the talent concept of "assembling the enterprising ones and motivating the promising ones", CSHK has always regarded talents as a valuable asset. The Company has formulated a series of policies and incentives such as the “Double Hundred” Youth Talent Development Plan, the Management Measures for the Training of Core Talents and the Management Measures for the Training of Trainee Engineers to accelerate employees’ development and create more opportunities for them. At the same time, the Company takes the initiative to undertake corporate social responsibility, continues to create a healthy working atmosphere, actively attracts professional talents, and builds a high ground for talents in the industry.
