FOCUS STORY 焦點故事 The Company is responsible for the design, construction and operation of the project. In the “Carbon Neutral Commitment during the Construction Period of O·PARK2” released earlier, the Company has committed to achieve carbon neutrality during the construction period and to disclose the results and research information annually to set an example of low carbon transformation in the construction industry. The project is designed in accordance with the BEAM Plus V1.2 Platinum, the highest requirement of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), and adopts innovative construction technologies such as BIM 7D, MiC and DfMA to reduce consumables. In addition, data and information are collected through our self-developed Carbon Neutral Cloud Platform in the system for subsequent analysis and statistics to lay the foundation for carbon asset trading and management.
