O · PARK2 will be the first voluntary verified emission reduction project in Hong Kong to meet international standards and the first green project in mainland China to be carbon neutral during the construction period. 公司負責此項目的設計、施工及運營工作。在早前發布 的《香港有機資源回收中心二期施工期碳中和承諾書》 中，公司承諾在施工期內實現碳中和，並每年披露成果 及研究資料，為建築行業的低碳轉型作出示範。 項目以香港綠建環評認證最高要求的「BEAM Plus V1.2 鉑金級」為設計標準，採用BIM 7D、MiC、DfMA等 創新建築技術，減少耗材，並通過公司自主研發的 系統內的「碳中和雲平台」收集數據資訊， 以進行後續分析及統計，為碳資產交易及管理奠定 基礎。我們預計，施工期間將可實現整體減碳3,198 噸二氧化碳當量，相當於11.4萬顆樹一年可吸收的碳 排放量。完工後，公司將購買經國際認證碳權，以抵 消減碳後剩餘的碳排放，達至施工期全面碳中和。 O·PARK2將成為香港首個符合國際標準自願認證減排 的項目，以及中國內地首個在施工期內實現碳中和的 綠色工程。 築跡 06 | 中國建築工程(香港)有限公司 11
