Construction industrial park project under BOT model
This project is the first BOT project launched by the government after Hong Kong's handover. Covering an area of three hectares and adopting the public-private partnership model of "Build, Operate and Transfer" with a 30-year contract term, it is Hong Kong's first construction industry park. Multi-storey premises will be built to accommodate steel reinforcement prefabrication plants, MiMEP fabrication plants and other advanced production facilities, to promote the wider adoption of efficient construction methods in the construction industry and boost new-quality productive forces.
