China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CSHK” or “the Company”), has received a landmark approval for its operations in the mainland. The Company has become the first Hong Kong construction company to receive the business licence issued by Qianhai, Shenzhen. Additionally, it has been granted the “Hong Kong Construction and Related Engineering Consultation Enterprise Qualification Recognition Certificates” by the Huangpu District of Guangzhou City and Guangzhou Development District. These achievements highlight the Company's readiness to undertake construction projects in Qianhai and Guangzhou, showcasing its role in the integration of Hong Kong's construction enterprises into the country’s broader development strategy.
Embracing its guiding philosophy of “Exercise caution in details and implementation and build a strong foundation to seek greater success”, CSHK has strategically taken innovation and technology, professional management, talent cultivation, and sustainable development as its core strategies. With such vision in mind, CSHK has achieved remarkable milestones in its operations in Qianhai, Shenzhen. After being the first to register for “Record Filing of Hong Kong Professionals in the Field of Engineering Construction” in Qianhai, CSHK has once again demonstrated its leadership by completing the safety management filing process. As a result, CSHK has been granted the first “Safety Management Record Filing Certificate for Hong Kong Professionals in the Field of Engineering Construction”. This landmark achievement is a testament to CSHK's capability as a construction enterprise operating within the full business cycle in Qianhai. Its exemplary role serves to facilitate the integration of Hong Kong and Shenzhen's development in the construction industry.
CSHK always values talent development and training. As a testament to this commitment, six staff members of CSHK have successfully obtained Class A, B, and C certificates for safety production management under the Recording Filing Management for Hong Kong Professionals in the Field of Engineering Construction of Qianhai, Shenzhen. They have become the first group of professionals to be qualified to practice in the field of safety production management in Qianhai.
Furthermore, CSHK has obtained recognised qualifications from Guangzhou Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development District.
